MOTHER NATURE HAS SPOKEN!

MOSÏVERNALES HAS OFFICIALLY CLOSED

· Communiqué,PRESS RELEASE

Because of the mild temperatures of the last few days, Mosaïvernales is forced to close the exhibit. The site is now closed permenantly.

Considering the amount of rain of the last few days, and the weather forecasted between now and the beginning of March, Mosaïvernales must close the exhibit.

Despite the goodwill and the perseverance of the operations team and the artists, the weather will simply not allow the maintenance and upkeep of the snow sculptures.

We wish to thank our partners, Tourisme Québec, the City of Gatineau, the National Capital Commission and Outauouais Tourism, as well as the Master-Sculptors and the hundreds of volunteers who all contributed to bringing this winter event to the region.
